This was a test of the Yodkin character by RawArt. The character itself is a small green critter that strongly resembles a certain backwards-talking individual from a popular franchise. However, if you dial the preset back quite a lot, you get a decent half-orc: pointy ears and visibly ugly, but not too inhuman looking.
Instead of the Yodkin skin, I applied the skin from another RawArt product, Nosferatu. I also tweaked the face a little, and applied some Iray shaders to the outfit to give a more rough-and-ready homespun look.
The raw render was already very close to photorealism, but I did a little post-editing, applying the Dramatic 2 preset from MacPhun's Intensify software to make the figure's skin look dirtier. Because Intensify tended to introduce noise to the clouds, I used masking to ensure that the filter only applied to the figure.
