One interesting limitation of DAZ Studio is that there doesn't seem to be an easy way to apply different textures to each eye of a character independently. In order to make only one of the woman’s eyes glow, I had to do two renders: one with the glowing eye texture applied, the other without. I then composited the two images and selectively masked one layer in order to get the effect that I wanted.
