Occasionally I go back to old images that have been sitting around on my hard drive for a long time and try to turn them into something. This one uses Victoria 4 rather than any of the newer generation of models, but worked out reasonably well all the same.
The backdrop is made mostly from modeled shapes and elements taken from DZFire's always useful greebles set.
